阿那曲唑对绝经后乳腺癌患者血清脂联素和瘦素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察阿那曲唑辅助治疗对绝经后乳腺癌患者血清脂联素、瘦素水平的影响。方法选取该院60例需要术后辅助内分泌治疗的绝经后乳腺癌患者,每天给予1mg阿那曲唑(每天1次)治疗,分别检测其服药前及服药后3、6、12个月的血脂、血清脂联素、瘦素水平。结果服用阿那曲唑后3个月血脂、血清脂联素、瘦素水平无明显变化,与服药前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);6个月低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)明显升高,与服药前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余无明显差异;12个月后总胆固醇(TC)、LDL-C、血清瘦素水平明显升高,而血清脂联素则降低明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TC、LDL-C与血清脂联素具有明显负相关性,与血清瘦素水平具有明显正相关性(P<0.05);血清脂联素与瘦素具有明显负相关性(P<0.05)。结论绝经后乳腺癌患者术后接受阿那曲唑辅助治疗,可影响血清脂联素、瘦素的水平,从而导致血脂代谢紊乱。Objective To investigate the effect of anastrozole on serum adiponectin and leptin in postmenopausal women with breast cancer. Methods 60 postmenopausal women patients with breast cancer needing the postoperative adjuvant endocrine thera- py were selected and treated by anastrozole（1 mg, 1/d）. Blood lipid, serum adiponectin and leptin level before treatment and in 3,6, 12 months after medication were detected. Results Blood lipid, serum adiponectin and leptin levels after 3--month anastrozole med- ication had no significant changes compared with those before treatment, and there were no significant differences（P〉0.05）. The LDL-C level after 6 months was significantly increased compared with that before treatment, showing the statistically significant difference （P〈0. 05） ,while others had no differences; TC, LDL-C and serum adiponectin levels after 6 months were significantly increased, while serum adiponectin leve was obviously decreased, the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. TC and LDL-C demonstrated the significantly negative correlation with serum adiponectin level and significantly positive correlation with serum leptin level （P〈0.05） ;serum adiponectin was negatively related with serum leptin（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The anastrozole adjuvant therapy in postmenopausal women with breast cancer after operation can affect the changes of serum adiponectin and lep- tin, thus leads to the lipid metabolic disorder.
