火焰原子吸收法对脱毒马铃薯种中微量元素铁的分析

摘　　要：以火焰原子吸收法对黔西南州不同地区脱毒马铃薯种样品中的微量元素铁进行测定。结果表明,相关系数R=0.9987,相对标准偏差为1.75%,标准曲线在0.01-0.03ug/ml范围呈良好线性关系。该法简单、经济、干扰少,具有良好的准确度、选择性好。The total contents of trace iron in samples of the QanXi-nan Potatoes is determined by flame atomic absorption spec- trometry, results show that, the correlation coefficient R=0.9987, the relative deviation is 1.75%, the standard curve was linear in the range of 0.01-0.03ug/ml. The method is simple, economic, less interference, accuracy and selectivity.
