摘 要:微表处是目前改善路面表面功能及预防性养护最常用的措施之一。由于乳化过程弱化了沥青黏结力,极大影响了包括微表处在内的乳化沥青冷拌混合料的耐久性。为此,研究通过向改性乳化沥青掺加一定量水溶性环氧树脂来改善其黏结力;并采用"主驱动轮式路面材料加速加载试验系统"对掺加环氧树脂和未掺加的微表处混合料进行室内加速加载试验定量评价,比较二者的抗滑性和抗剥落性。结果表明,环氧树脂的掺加可减小微表处抗滑性、抗剥落性的衰减速率,是改善微表处耐久性的有效措施。Micro-surfacing is one of the most common measures to improve the road surface function and preventive maintain. Because the emulsion process weaken the asphalt adhesion, the durability of the emulsified asphalt cold mixture including micro-surfacing mix is greatly affected. Its adhesion by admixture a certain amount of water- soluble epoxy is improved, and quantitatively evaluated micro-surfacing with and without water-soluble epoxy resin by indoor accelerated loading test with "Driving Wheel Pavement Analyzer", compared skid resistance and anti strip performance of each kind micro-surfacing. Results showed that the mixing of epoxy resin could reduce the decay rates of skid resistance and anti strip performance, which was effective to increase the durability of micro-surfacing.
