摘  要:目的:比较Er:YAG激光照射与酸蚀技术对牙本质表面的蚀刻效果。方法:选取2013年6月至2013年8月就诊于广东省佛山市第一人民医院口腔医学中心因正畸减数拔除的上颌第一前磨牙50颗,随机分为A、B、C、D、E五组,A组为单纯酸蚀组,B组为单纯激光照射组,C组为先激光照射后酸蚀组,D组为先酸蚀后激光照射组,E组作为对照组不做表面处理。将所有样本粘结树脂后置于万能材料力学测试机测得剪切强度。结果:D组的剪切强度最高,高于C组和A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。C组和A组的剪切强度之间未见统计学差异(P>0.05),两组均高于B组(P<0.05)。且A、B、C、D四组的剪切强度均高于对照E组(P<0.05)。结论:能量较弱的Er:YAG激光照射单独作用效果较差,但可与酸蚀技术产生协同作用,产生更高的粘结强度。Objective: To study the etching effect of dentin surface irradiated by Er: YAG laser and the effect of acid etching. Methods: A total of 50 complete isolated human premolars were chosen and were randomly divided into five groups of 10 teeth each. Group A: acid etching; group B: laser etching; group C: laser etching fol- lowed by acid etching; group D: acid etching followed by laser etching; and group E: no acid etching and no la- ser etching (control group) . Composite resin were bonded to treated dentin surfaces and light- cured, and shear bond strength was measured. Results: Mean shear bond strength for group D was significantly higher than group C and group A. Shear bond strength for group B was significantly lower than group C and group A. Conclusions: Combined with acid etching, Er: YAG laser can achieve higher Shear Bond Strength than acid etching or laser etching alone.
