摘　　要：社会主义市场经济体制下,农村土地资产化是市场经济发展的必然趋势。现行农村土地制度对农村土地资产化有着诸多的制约和限制,造成农民土地财产权益损失,降低了土地资源配置效率,亟待改革。为了进一步促进农村土地制度改革,推动农村土地资产化进程,就必须在深化土地产权制度改革的基础上,探索建立城乡一体化土地市场,提高农村土地资产管理水平,改变传统的土地利用模式,从而提高土地利用效率,保障集体和农民权益。Under the socialist market economic system,the rural land assets are an inevitable trend of development of market economy.Existing rural land system has a lot of rural assets of the constraints and limitations in urgent need of reform.To further promote the process of rural land assets,it must be based on deepening the reform of land property rights system,based on the exploration of the establishment of urban and rural land market,improve the level of rural land asset management,thereby enhancing the efficiency of land use,protection of farmers＇rights.
