摘  要:以大庆地产板蓝根为原料,经石油醚脱脂和乙醇充分浸提,得到模拟板蓝根制药残渣。该残渣用水作溶剂提取板蓝根多糖,提取温度95℃,料液比1∶9(g∶m L),提取时间1.5 h,提取3次。将多糖提取液离心,上清液合并、混匀,作为板蓝根多糖饮料的基液,添加其他辅料配制饮料。单因素试验与正交试验结果表明,板蓝根多糖饮料优化配方中主要辅料对基液(多糖含量1.13 g/100 m L)的比例分别为绵白糖8 g/100 m L,柠檬酸0.4 g/100 m L,甜蜜素0.30 mg/100 m L,槐豆胶0.3 g/100 m L,再辅以山梨酸钾和少许食用色素、香精。所得板蓝根多糖饮料色泽橙黄、略带板蓝根滋味,酸甜适口。Degreasing by petroleum ether and extraction by ethanol fully to Radix Isatidis that produce in Daqing,prepare simulated Radix Isatidis pharmaceutical residue. Extract polysaccharide three times from the residue by water which as solvent,temperature is 95 ℃,ratio of material to solvent is 1∶9(g∶m L),time is 1.5 h. Centrifugal separation polysaccharide extraction liquid each time,and mix them,as base fluid and add other materials to preparation polysaccharide beverage. The results of single factor test and orthogonal test show that the optimized formulation of Radix Isatidis polysaccharide beverage are as follow:the addition of accessory material to base fluid(polysaccharide content 1.13 g/100 m L):soft sugar is 8 g/100 m L,citric acid is 0.4 g/100 m L,sodium cyclamate is 0.30 mg/m L,ocust bean gum 0.3 g/100 m L respectively. Obtained beverages color orange,have a little Radix Isatidis odor,the taste was sweet and sour palatability.
