脾胃学说及其临床应用

摘　　要：《黄帝内经》为脾胃学说奠定了理论基础,李东垣开脾胃论之先河,成为补土派的鼻祖。脾胃同居中焦,不仅司纳化升降功能,而且联系诸脏,畅达六腑,通行经络。脾与胃的生理功能不相同,但它们二者之间的关系是相反相成的,这种矛盾而又统一的特性主要表现在化和纳、升和降、湿和燥3个方面。临床上根据病证的不同表现可采用不同的治法,主要有:健脾化痰,理气和中法;疏肝和胃,理气止痛法;健脾养胃,益气和中法;和胃降逆,开结散痞法;温中散寒,理气止痛法;温中健脾,散寒止痛法。Huangdi Neijing established the theoretical basis for Spleen and Stomach theory. Li Dongyuan initiated Spleen and Stomach theory, had been the originator of the school of invigorating the earth. Spleen and stomach in middle Jiao, not only are in charge of diges- ting, accepting, rise and fall, but also connecting visceras and go through the six hollow organs and channels,. The physiological function of Spleen and stomach are not same, but they are both opposite and complementary. The character of Contradiction and unity manifests digesting and accepting, rise and fall, dampness and dry. Clinically,we can adopt different treatment according to different clinical mani- festations of disease. The major treatment are ： the method of tonifying spleen and reducing phlegm, regulating the flow of vital energy and removing obstruction and regulating the middle warmer. The method of soothing liver and harmonizing stomach, regulating Qi to alleviate pain. The method of tonifying spleen and nourishing the stomach, tonifying Qi and regulating the middle warmer. The method of harmoni- zing stomach and calming the adverse-rising energy, resolving masses and dispersing distention. The method of warming spleen and stomach for dispelling cold, regulating Qi to alleviate pain. The method of warming the middle warmer and tonifying spleen, eliminating cold to stop pain.
