摘　　要：当前大学生休闲及高校在休闲管理方面都存在着许多问题,因此,加强大学生休闲教育,有利于培养大学生良好的休闲技能,有利于大学生的全面自由发展,有利于高校的严格管理,有利于发挥休闲教育的示范作用。此外,在大学生休闲教育中,高校教育管理者首先要学会休闲,才能牢牢掌握休闲指导的要点,将休闲教育与高校文化建设有机结合起来,开展丰富生动的休闲教育。Many problems exist in leisure of the college students and its management, so it becomes an important task to strengthen the study of leisure. Strengthening the study of leisure will not only develop students~ leisure skills which will promote their developments in an all-round way freely, but also improve the management of the college to play an example role of leisure study. Besides, it is the managers in the college who should learn the leisure first, so that they can grasp the key to the guidance for college students in leisure, combining the study of leisure and culture of construction of college together to imple- ment various and lively study of leisure.
