摘　　要：《刑事诉讼法》规定公安机关为适用非法证据排除规则的主体之一以及侦查人员针对证据合法性出庭作证的义务,即明确了公安机关在非法证据排除规则中的两个主要角色。这给我国公安机关带来了新的挑战,需要其对此作出应对。基于此,如何使得公安机关在非法证据排除规则下的两种角色得到有效实现是目前需要重点关注的问题。The public security organs are regarded as one of the main bodies in the application of exclusionary rule of illegal evidence and clearly regulates the investigators＇ duties in bearing witnesses in court by ＂criminal procedural law＂. It is clear that the public security organ has two main roles in the illegal evidence exclusion rule, which has brought new challenges to the public security organs. Therefore, how to make the two roles of public security organs effective is a very important problem.
