B超动态观察头针对婴儿脑瘫脑白质损伤的修复作用

摘　　要：目的探讨头针对婴儿脑瘫脑白质损伤的修复作用。方法选择收治的90例脑瘫患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用康复训练,观察组在康复训练的基础上应用头针治疗。分别于治疗前后应用B超动态观察头针对婴儿脑瘫脑白质损伤的修复作用。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗前B超轻度、严重脑损伤差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后B超轻度脑损伤比例显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前GMFM、DQ评分差异无统计学意义。观察组治疗后GMFM、DQ评分改善情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在运动训练的基础上加用头针治疗,可显著改善脑瘫患儿脑白质损伤;在治疗过程中予颅脑彩超动态观察患儿脑白质损伤恢复情况,具有便捷、无创、高效、价格低廉的优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the repair function for infant with cerebral palsy and alba damage treated with scalp‐acu‐puncture. Methods 90 cases of children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Rehabilitation training were used in the control group ,scalp‐acupuncture were added in the observation group. The repair func‐tion of alba damage were observed before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate in the observation group is significantly higher than that in the control group after treatment ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference craniocerebral injury by B‐ultrasonography in both the two groups （P〈0.05）. Brain injury rate of the observation group was significantly higher than control group ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Com‐pared between the two groups ,there were no significant differences in both GMFM score and DQ score. GMFM score and DQ score in observation group improved significantly better than that in control group after treatment ,and the difference was sta‐tistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sports training combining with scalp‐acupuncture can significantly improve recov‐ery for infant with cerebral palsy and alba damage. It may be convenient ,noninvasive ,highly efficient ,low‐cost ,widely ap‐plied for infant to observe the repair function dynamically.
