脑梗死患者血浆APTT FIB D-二聚体hs-CRP水平及相关性分析

摘　　要：目的分析脑梗死患者血浆活化部分凝血酶时间(APFF)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)水平及相关性。方法选择2013年80例急性脑梗死患者为观察组,根据观察组患者年龄、性别匹配选取40例正常志愿者为对照组,观察2组患者血浆APTT、FIB、D-二聚体和hs-CRP水平,分析脑梗死患者各观察指标的相关性。结果观察组患者血浆APTT较对照组明显缩短,血浆FIB、D-二聚体和hs-CRP水平较对照组明显增高,2组比较差异有统计学意义(t1=15.48,t2=2.09,t3=129.35,t4=11.08,P<0.05);观察组患者血浆D-二聚体水平与hs-CRP水平呈显著正相关(r=0.533,P<0.05),血浆FIB水平与D-二聚体呈显著正相关(r=0.312,P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者较正常人群血浆FIB、D-二聚体和hs-CRP水平增高,APTT缩短,FIB与D-二聚体、D-二聚体与hs-CRP水平呈正相关。Objective To analyze the levels of plasma activated partial thromboplastin time （APFF） ,fibrinogen （FIB） , two D‐dimer ,high sensitive C reactive protein （hs‐CRP） in patients with cerebral infarction and their relationship. Methods Eighty cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction in 2013 were as the observation group ,40 cases of normal subjects were as control group according to the age and sex matched ,the plasma APTT ,FIB ,D‐dimer and two hs‐CRP levels of two groups were observed to analyze the correlation of the indexes. Results The plasma APTT in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group ,its plasma FIB ,D‐dipolymer and hs‐CRP levels were significantly higher than those in the con‐trol group ,there were significant differences between two groups（t1 = 15.48 ,t2 =2.09 ,t3 =129.35 ,t4 = 11.08 , P〈 0.05）. The correlation analysis of plasma D‐dipolymer level and hs‐CRP level in the observation group showed a significant positive correlation （r=0.533 ,P〈0.05） ,the correlation analysis of plasma FIB level and D‐dipolymer showed a significant positive correlation （r=0.312 ,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Plasma FIB ,D‐dipolymer and hs‐CRP level in patients with cerebral infarction are higher than normal people ,and APTT shortened ,FIB and D‐dipolymer ,D‐dipolymer and hs‐CRP level has a positive corre‐lation.
