老年性痴呆防治中黄连解毒汤研究进展

摘　　要：纵观大量中外相关文献,从病理机制、临床表现、选方用药等几个方面探讨了心肝火旺型老年痴呆;并总结了近年来有关黄连解毒汤相关的研究资料;进一步明确了老年性痴呆辨证施治中黄连解毒汤的重要地位并提供了现代理论支持。Throughout a large number of Chinese and foreign literature, discusses the syndrome type of dementia from several pathological mechanism, clinical manifestation, treatment etc, and concludes the research on Huanglian Jiedu decoction of recent years ; to further clarify the important status of Huanglian Jiedu decoction in senile dementia treatment and provide the modern theory basis.
