宫颈康治疗宫颈HPV感染临床研究

摘　　要：目的:本研究采用双盲、前瞻性、随机、对照的临床设计,评价和比较试验组和对照组对宫颈高危型HPV感染的临床疗效。方法:将100例受试者随机分为2组,试验组(50例)治疗药为宫颈康,对照组(50例)为重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶,两组均由药品管理者将药均匀的抹在受试者的宫颈上,隔日1次,每次2 g,连用10次,经期停药,连用3个月经周期。停药后1个月返院复查,进行临床疗效。结果:(1)治疗后两组高危型HPV感染转阴率比较无统计学差异:试验组痊愈率:46%,显效率:22%;对照组痊愈率:52%,显效率:18%。(2)治疗后两组宫颈柱状上皮外移比较有显著统计学差异:试验组痊愈率:30%,显效率:58%;对照组痊愈率:18%,显效率:46%。(3)治疗后两组中医证候积分比比较有显著统计学差异:试验组痊愈率30%,显效率:34%,好转率:28%;对照组痊愈率:12%,显效率:18%,好转率:18%。结论:宫颈康治疗宫颈高危型HPV感染不仅可以明显改善患者自觉症状和体征,还可以使HPV转阴,疗效确切。Objective： Through the double-blind prospective randomized controlled clinical design, this study was able to compare two groups＇ （ Cervix Kang and Recombinant Human Interferon α-2h Gel ） clinical curative effect of high-risk cervical HPV infection. Methods ： 100 subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group with 50 patients was treated with Cervical Kang, while the other group named control group was treated with Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Gel.Drugs were coated on the subjects＇ cervix by drug regulators for three menstrual cycles. One month after the treatment, subjects were required to return to hospital in order to compare two groups＇ clinical curative effect of high-risk cervical HPV infection. Results ： （ 1 ） After treatment, there is no significant statistical difference between experimental group and control group in darkening rate of high-risk HPV. The cure rate and effective rate of experimental group are 46% and 22% respectively, and which of control group are 52% and 18% respectively. （ 2 ） Anterior-posterior treatment, there is significant statistical difference between Cervical Kang group and Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Gel group in cervical columnar epithelium eversion. The cure rate and effective rate of experimental group are 30% and 58% respectively, and which of the other group are 18 % and 46 % respectively. （ 3 ） Anterior-posterior treatment, there is significant statistical difference between experimental group and control group in integral of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome. The cure rate, effective rate and improvement rate of experimental group are 30%, 34% and 28% respectively while those of control group are 12%, 18% and 18 % respectively. Conclusion ： Cervix Kang in the treatment of high-risk cervical HPV infection can not only effectively alleviate the symptoms and signs, but also make the HPV disappeared.
