清脑片中阿魏酸的HPLC含量测定方法

摘　　要：目的：建立清脑片中阿魏酸的高效液相含量测定方法。方法：以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂，以乙腈-0.085％磷酸溶液（16：84）为流动相，检测波长为320nm。理论板数按阿魏酸峰计算应不低于1500。结果：阿魏酸对照品溶液浓度在2～12μg·mL^-1与峰面积线性关系良好，平均回收率为100．4％。结论：HPLC法测定清脑片中阿魏酸的含量，操作简单、重复性好，可作为清脑片的质量控制方法。To establish the determination method of HPLC for the content of ferrulic acid in Qingnao Tablets. Methods：Take the octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica as the stuffing bulking agent, acetonitrile - 0.085 % phosphoric acid solution （ 16 ： 84） as the mobile phase. The determination wavelength was 320nm. The number of theoretical plates should not below 1 500 according to the calculation of ferulic acid peak. Results： Within the concentration of reference solution of femlic acid between 2 and 12 μg ·mL^-1, there was a good linear relationship with the peak area. The average recovery rate was 100.4%. Conclusion：The determina- tion method of HPLC for the content of ferrulic acid in Qingnao Tablets is of simple operation, good repeatability, which can be used as the quality control method for Qingnao Tablets.
