摘 要:目的探讨mi R-155及CD44v6在肝细胞癌(HCC)中表达及其相关性。方法采用q RT-PCR检测32例HCC患者癌组织及癌旁组织中mi R-155及CD44v6 m RNA表达,用免疫组化法检测CD44v6蛋白表达,分析两者间相关性及其与HCC临床病理特征关系。结果 HCC癌组织CD44v6蛋白及CD44v6、mi R-155m RNA较癌旁组织表达升高(P<0.05),IIIIV级及侵犯脉管的癌组织中mi R-155和CD44v6 m RNA表达较高(P<0.05)。mi R-155和CD44v6 m RNA表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 mi R-155和CD44v6均参与HCC发生及发展。Objective To investigate the expression and association of miR-155 and CD44v6 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods Expression of miR-155 and CD44v6 mRNA and protein in the carcinoma and pEa-carcinoma tissue of 32 HCC patients was detected by qRT-PCR and immunohistochemistry. The association between their expression and clinicopath- ologic features were evaluated. Results Compared with the para-carcinoma tissue, CD44v6 and miR-155 increased in the carcinoma tissue (P〈0.05), especially in the grade III-IV and vascular invasion (P〈0.05). Expression of miR-155 mRNA was positively correlated with that of CD44v6 mRNA (~〈0.05). Conclusion Both miR-155 and CD44v6 are implicated in the occurrence and progression of HCC.
