摘　　要：目的了解近十年以来临床医务及科研人员接受生命伦理学相关知识培训情况及培训效果、影响因素和需求状况,为完善机构伦理委员会的相关制度提供依据。方法采用分层抽样法,对45个专业的医务及科研人员、某伦理委员会成员共290人进行问卷调查和意见征集。结果有63.8%的医务及科研人员参加工作后进行过生命伦理学、行为学及相关理论知识的学习和培训,36.2%的医务及科研人员没有参加过生命伦理学相关知识培训,82.1%的临床医务及科研人员因为临床工作量过大,缺乏充裕的时间进行生命伦理学相关知识的培训。但有71.7%的人有获得培训的意愿。结论医院伦理委员会应完善医务及临床研究人员生命伦理学知识培训的相关管理制度,建立高效、科学、适宜的培训计划和模式。Objective ：To investigate the training effect, influence factors and demands of bioethical knowledge in the clinical medical staff and scientific researchers in the past ten years. And provide data for perfecting the re- lated committee. Methods：Using stratified sampling method, 290 medical staff in 45 subjects were given the ques- tionnaire survey. Results：63.8% medical staff and researchs have learned and trained about bioethics, behavior and relevant theoretical knowledge after participating in the work ,36.2% medical staff and reasearchers do not pant- icipate in the training relevant bioethics knowledge. 82.1% of the clinical medical and scientific research personnel had overweight clinical work, they donot have enough time foe bioethics related knowledge training. But 71.7% of people had training will. Conclusion：The hospital ethics committee should improve the management system of medical staff and clinical researcher bioethical knowledge training, establish an efficient, scientific, appropriate training plan or model.
