摘　　要：目前,生物样本研究在伦理、法律和社会层面引起了学术界的广泛关注及争议,针对研究过程中所涉及的受试者的隐私保护问题、知情同意问题、利益共享问题及结果信息反馈问题展开了讨论,并就信息库管理、利益共享及公平性层面进行相关性分析,提出以下措施:完善预防措施,尊重区域文化,反馈结果信息及成果回报,落实保障机制,加强内部培训。At present, the biological sample research has callsed widespread attention and argument in the lev- el of ethics,law and society, the author attempts to discuss the controversial bioethical issues such as individual pri- vacy, informed consent, ownership problem, information and result feedback, biobanks management, benefit sha- ring and justice - fairness evaluation, etc. The authors put forward the following measures ： to perfect the preventive measures , respect regional culture , return to optimal decision feedback result information and results, to carry out the security mechanism to save privacy, strengthen internal training .
