摘　　要：通过问卷调查和个别访谈,对医院临床、医技科室开展的医德医风建设工作现状进行了调研。探讨基层科室党支部在医德医风建设方面的着力点,提出"五位一体"的医德医风管理模式,促进医院医德医风管理在科级层面的落实,为医院基层党组织建设注入新的活力,提升医院管理水平。The author investigated the current situation of medical ethics in hospital clinical and medical labo- ratory department through questionnaire and individual interview. The focus for construction of medical ethics in party branch of grass - root department was discussed. The ＂five - in - one＂ mode of hospital management of medi- cal ethics was proposed in order to promote the implementation of management of medical ethics in hospitals, inject new vitality for hospital party construction and improve hospital management.
