摘　　要：目的研究个体化护理干预对急性白血病化疗患者的影响,并分析护理过程中的伦理学意义。方法采用随机数字表法将120例急性白血病患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组60例,试验组针对急性白血病患者,在伦理学基础上给予个体化护理干预;对照组给予常规护理指导和一般健康教育,比较两组患者生存质量和对护理质量的满意度。结果试验组患者在生存质量和患者护理满意度上均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在伦理学基础上制定个体化护理干预措施,并对急性白血病化疗患者及其家属进行干预,可提高患者的生存质量及对护理质量的满意度。Objective：To study the effect of individualized nursing intervention on the patients with acute leukemia during chemotherapy, and analyzes the ethical significance of the nursing process. Method：Total 120 cases of acute leuke- mia were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. The test group got the individualized nursing interven- tion based on medical ethics, the control group was given routine nursing guidance and general health education. And then two groups＇ quality of life and the quality of care satisfaction were compared. Results ：The patients＇ survival quality and patient satisfaction of experimental group were higher than that of the control group. There are statistically significant difference between two groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The patients＇ quality of life and quality of care satisfaction can been improved by Individualized nursing intervention on the basis of ethics, and implemented in acute leukemia patients and their families.
