摘  要:本文以某集团式组织为调研对象和背景,阐述了"消差"的重要意义,提出了基于"IAPEM"模式的消差模型,并对其深入应用做了探讨。A lot of organizations establish, operate and maintain several forms of institutional systems or standards system in order to effectively regulate and manage the events and activities of organizations.The system provides a solid guarantee for the survival and development of organizations, and designs regulations or criterion for all activities to comply with. However, the effective implementation of regulations or criterion has become the bottleneck of the organization in its development. So the work of eliminating differences is the key in the effective implementation of regulations or criterion. The paper elaborates the importance of the work of eliminating differences by taking one group organization as the research object, proposes the model of "IAPEM" , and thoroughly discussed its application.
