摘　　要：丝绸之路经济带释放了中国向西开放的强烈信号,沿线各国各地区都在纷纷突出自身的优势,争取在这一世界新的增长极中抢占有利先机。作为我国生态安全屏障的青海省,应当以自身独一无二的生态地位,加强生态环境保护的法制化建设,为丝绸之路经济带建设提供有力的生态屏障。Policies concerning the economic zone of the Silk Road convey a strong signal that China is o- pening to the countries along the Silk Road. Thus the countries involved will show their advantages and grasp this opportunity in the new growth of the world. For ecological security,Qinghai province, from the perspective of her unique eco--status, is supposed to strengthen the construction of legalization on ecologi- cal protection and to offer a powerful ecological shelter for the economic zone of the Silk Road.
