摘  要:目的 了解房县碘缺乏病现状,为防治碘缺乏病提供科学依据。方法 采集居民生活饮用水及水源水样,用水碘试剂盒测定水碘含量;采集8~10岁儿童的尿样,用砷铈催化分光光度测定方法检测尿碘含量;根据《全国碘盐监测方案》采集居民户食用盐盐样,用直接滴定法检测盐碘含量。结果 2013年共检测饮用水样950份,水碘含量中位数为2.1μg/L;2011年与2014年各检测100名8~10岁儿童尿样,中位数分别为384.5μg/L和252.4μg/L,尿碘范围分别为31.92~959.57μg/L及8.8~758.1μg/L;2008-2014年共检盐样2052份,非碘盐率为0.29%,碘盐覆盖率为98.26%,合格碘盐食用率为96.32%。结论 房县属于缺碘地区。居民的碘营养状况基本适宜,但处于稍大于需要量状态。应该继续推行以食盐加碘为主预防碘缺乏病的综合防治措施。Objective To understand the current situation of iodine deficiency disorders in Fang county, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of IDD. Methods Residents'living and drinking water samples were collected, the iodide content was measured by water iodine testing kits. Urine samples of chil- dren aged from 8 to 10 were collected, in which the iodide content was quantitative tested by arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry. According to the National Iodized Salt Monitoring Program, samples of household edible salt were collected to determine iodide content by direct titration. Results A total of 950 drinking water samples were measured in 2013, the median iodine content of water was 2. 1 μg/L; A total of 100 urine sam- ples of children aged 8 - 10 were tested in each 2011 and 2014, and the urinary iodine content ranged from 31. 92μg/L - 959. 57μg/L with a median of 384. 5μg/L in 2011 and 252.4μg/L in 2014, the urinary io- dine content ranged from 8.81xg/L to 758.1μg/L. 2052 household salt samples were tested form 2008 to 2014, and the percentages of non - iodized salt, iodized salt and qualified iodized salt were 0. 29%, 98.26% and 96. 32%respectively. Conclusions Fang county belonged to iodine deficiency area. The iodine nutrition level is in a proper condition, but it was at a super sufficient condition. Comprehensive prevention and control measures to iodine deficiency disorders, including marketing iodized salt, should be implemented continually.
