喉鳞状细胞癌组织中Dickkopf-1的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的检测喉癌组织中Dickkopf-1的表达,分析其表达与喉癌临床病理因素之间的关系及探讨与喉癌发生、发展的关系及临床的潜在价值。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测56例喉癌组织和20例喉部正常黏膜组织中的Dickkopf-1的表达情况。结果 Dickkopf-1蛋白在喉癌组织中的阳性表达率为44.64%,明显低于喉部正常黏膜组织的90.00%。Dickkopf-1表达在有淋巴结转移组为15.79%,明显低于无淋巴结转移组的64.86%。在临床Ⅲ~Ⅳ期组阳性表达率为27.03%,明显低于临床Ⅰ~Ⅱ期组的84.21%,低分化组为15.38%低于高分化的63.16%及中分化组的58.33%,差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.05）。Dickkopf-1在喉癌组织中的表达与临床分型、肿瘤大小、吸烟量、年龄和性别无关（P〉0.05）。结论 Dickkopf-1在喉癌组织中的阳性表达率明显低于喉部正常黏膜组织,提示Dickkopf-1表达可能与淋巴结转移、临床分期和病理分级有关。Objective To detect expression of Dickkopf-1 in tissues of patients with laryngeal carcima, and to analyzethe relationship between the expression and clinical pathological factors, the occurence and development of laryngealcarcinoma and its potential value. Method The expression of Dickkopf-1 was examined by SP immunohistochemical methodin 56 specimens of laryngeal carcinoma and 20 samples of normal laryngeal mucosal. Result The expression of Dickkopf-1protein in laryngeal cancer was 44.64%, significantly lower than in normal laryngeal mucosa tissues（90.00%）, and that inlaryngeal carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was 15.79%,significantly lower than that without lymph node metastasis（64.86%）. The positve rate in clinical phase III, VI（27.03%）was significantly lower than that in clinical phase I, II（84.21%）,that in low differentiated group（15.38%） was lower than that in high differentiated group（63.16%） and moderatelydifferentiated group（58.33%）, the differences were statistically significant（all P〈0.05）.The expression of Dickkopf- 1 inpatients with laryngeal cancer was uncorrelated with clinical classification,tumor size,smoking quantity,age,sex（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expression of Dickkopf- 1 protein in patients with laryngeal cancer was significantly lower than that innormal laryngeal mucosa, The positve expression rate of Dickkopf- 1 protein in laryngeal cancer was correlated with lymphnode metastasis, clinical phasing, histological grading.
