摘  要:目的探讨FGFR1在乳腺浸润性小叶癌中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色检测FGFR1在45例乳腺浸润性小叶癌、40例乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达,比较FGFR1在浸润性小叶癌和浸润性导管癌中表达的差异,分析浸润性小叶癌FGFR1的表达与临床病理参数的关系。结果 FGFR1在乳腺癌癌旁组织中均阴性表达。浸润性小叶癌FGFR1的阳性表达率比浸润性导管癌高(P=0.048),其染色强度也比浸润性导管癌强(P=0.044)。FGFR1的表达强度与乳腺浸润性小叶癌的肿块大小(P=0.021)和TNM分期相关(P=0.041)。结论初步推测FGFR1的过表达参与乳腺浸润性小叶癌的发生、发展。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of FGFR1 in invasive lobular breast cancer.Methods The expression of FGFR1 was detected by immunohistochemistry staining in 45 cases of invasive lobular breastcancer. and 40 cases with invasive ductal breast cancer. The difference of FGFR1 between invasive lobular breast cancer andinvasive ductal breast cancer was studied. The correlations of expression of FGFR1 invasive lobular carcinoma with theclinicopathological parameters were also analyzed. Results The FGFR1 ws expressed in pericarcinoma tissues of breastcarcinoma. The positive rate of FGFR1 in invasive lobular breast cancer was higher than that in invasive ductal carcinoma(P=0.048). The staining intensity of FGFR1 in invasive lobular breast cancerwas stonger than that in invasive ductal carcinoma(P=0.044). The staining intensity of FGFR1 in invasive lobular breast cancer was related with tumor size(P=0.021)and TMN stage(P =0.041). Conclusion The overexpression of FGFR1 may contribute to the development and progression of invasivelobular breast cancer.
