MIF和MMP-9在食管癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)和金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在食管鳞癌组织中的表达情况及临床意义。方法收集食管鳞癌组织标本58例为实验组,并选取癌旁正常食管组织标本40份为对照组,采用微波Eli VisionTM免疫组织化学法检测各组MIF和MMP-9的表达情况。结果食管鳞癌组织中MIF和MMP-9分别表达定位于细胞核和细胞浆,MIF和MMP-9在食管癌表达率分别为62.07%(36/58)和56.90%(33/58),其表达水平明显高于正常食管粘膜组织的10.00%(4/40)和15.00%(6/40)(P<0.05)。其表达与淋巴结转移、分化程度及病理分期有关(P<0.05);两者之间表达呈正相关(r=2.564,P<0.05)。结论 MIF和MMP-9在食管鳞癌呈高表达,与食管鳞癌的发生、发展和转移过程中起到一定的作用。Objective To determine the expression of MIF and MMP-9 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and itssignificance. Methods The expression of MIF and MMP-9 in oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues of 58 cases andtumor-adjenct normal tissues of 40 cases was detected by microwave Eli Vision^TM. Results The expression of MIF andMMP-9 located in nucleus and cytoplasm. Expression rates of MIF and MMP-9 in squamous carcinoma were 62.07%（36/58）and 56.90%（33/58）. Its expression was higher than that in the normal tissue（10.00%,4/40 and 15.00%,6/40）（P〈0.05）. Bothwere related with differentiation degree, lymph node metastasis and pathological phasing（P〈0.05）.The expression of MIF and MMP-9 are positively correlated（r=2.564,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The positive expression of MIF and MMP-9 may play an important role during tumor occurrence, invasion and metastasis. Joint detection of expression of MMP- 9 and MIF may bevaluable to evaluate the severity of squamous carcinoma.
