摘　　要：目的研究活化诱导胞嘧啶核苷脱氨酶（AID）在弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）中表达的意义及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法收集海南医学院附属医院病理科2008年1月~2014年4月的弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤病例88例,应用免疫组化染色方法检测CD20、CD3、CD5、CD10、bcl-6、Ki-67、Mum-1和AID在弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤中的表达,同时收集临床数据,分析AID表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果 AID在弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤的肿瘤性B细胞阳性表达率为59.1%,患者年龄、性别、临床分期、B症状、预后和免疫表型分型与AID表达无关。结论 AID在弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤中的表达与其临床病理特征和预后无关。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression and clinical pathological significance ofAID in diffuse large B cell lymphoma（DLBCL） cases. Methods All 81 DLBCL cases investigated in this study werehospitalized and treated in the affiliated hospital of Hainan Medical College from 2008 and 2014. The levels of CD20, CD3,CD5, CD10, bcl-6, Ki-67, Mum-1 and AID protein in all the patients were detected by immunohistochemical array. At thesame time, the clinicopathological data of the patients were collected and the relationship between AID expression andclinicopathological feature was analyzed. Results The positive expression of AID in DLBCL cases was 59.1% and the AIDexpression was not associated with age, gender, clinical stage, B symptoms, prognosis and immune phenotype of the patients.Conclusion The expression of AID in diffuse targe B-cell lymphoma is not associated with the clinical and pathologicalcharacteristics and prognosis.
