摘　　要：新疆编查乡(镇)保甲户口的工作分为三期。第一期是完成各行政督察专区公署所在城市的乡(镇)保甲户口的编查工作,第二期是完成各县(设治局)政府所在镇的编查工作,第三期是完成各县(局)所有乡村牧区的编查工作。The census of the registered permanent residence of Bao-Jia system in Xinjiang was divided into three phases： in the first phase, completing the census in the towns which are included in administrative cities where administrative bureaus and offices are located; in the second phase, completing the census in the towns which are administrated by county governments; in the third phase, completing the census in villages or pastoral areas.
