摘　　要：目的评估13C-嘧噻西啶呼气试验在非酒精性脂肪肝(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)诊断过程中的价值。方法收集非酒精性脂肪肝83人,健康志愿者20人。检测所有人的13C-MBT,根据83例非酒精性脂肪肝患者肝脏储备功能的影像学结果进行分级(轻、中、重度)。检测83例脂肪肝患者与10例健康对照组的13C-MBT、PT、TBIL、ALB。与影像学结果对比分析,探讨其相关性。结果根据影像学结果分级轻、中、重度的脂肪肝患者,通过13C-MBT检测非酒精性脂肪肝的肝脏储备功能的结果,发现具有一定的相关性。Objective To evaluate the value of ^13C-Methacetin Breath Test （^13C-MBT） in diagnosis and treatment of liver cirrhosis and Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD）; Meanwhile, the association between Child-Pugh score and ^13C-MBT, and advantage and disadvantage, were elucidated. Methods 111 inpatients and outpatients and 10 healthy volunteers were collected from the affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical College from September 2010 to February 2012.A11 the cases were tested by ^13C-MBT, Child-Pugh score （hepatic encephalopathy, ascites, TBIL, PT, ALB）. According to ^13C-MBT levels, 88 patients with liver cirrhosis were divide into three levels （including Ⅰ 21 cases, Ⅱ 36cases,Ⅲ 31 cases ）; However, according to Child-Pugh score, there were Grade A 16 cases, Grade B 41 cases and Grade C 31 cases. Liver function change before-and after treatment at each group was observed. Sensitivity, specificity and effective time between two groups were compared. In addition, by testing the ^13C-MBT, PT, TBIL and ALB, 23 patients with NAFLD of 111 cases was also compared with control group and cirrhotic troup. SPSSI3.0 software was used for data analysis. Measurement data are expressed as the means ＋Standard Deviation, all variables were analyzed by t-test. Numeration data were analyzed by consistency test （kappa） and Chi-square test. P≤0.05. denoted statistical signifcance. ResnRs There are a good consistency （kappa=0.84, P〈0.05） between ^13C-MBT（Ievel Ⅰ, levelⅡ, level Ⅲ） and Child-Pugh score （Grade A, Grade B, Grade C）. Sensitivity and specificity of ^13C-MBT have similarity with that of Child-Pugh score （93.8%, 75.6%, 87.1% to 91.7%,89.4%, 93.0%）. Concerning effective time, According to Child-Pugh score,there were no statistic significance among three grades （P〉0.05）. While ^13C-MBT was adopted to evaluate the effective time, different levels showed statistic significance （P〈0.05）. Higher the ^13C-MBT level was, shorter the effective time. When ^13C-MB
