观念和流程变革、社会网络遗忘与自主创新行为实证研究——以闲置资源与社会资本为调节变量

摘　　要：创新对企业、行业和社会产生了巨大影响,有效创新行为受到组织内部与外部多种因素影响。以战略性新兴产业领域193家样本企业为研究对象,探究观念和流程变革、社会网络遗忘对自主创新行为的影响,并引入闲置资源与社会资本为调节变量。实证研究表明,观念和流程变革对自主创新行为有正向影响,而社会网络遗忘对自主创新行为具有负向影响;闲置资源强化了观念和流程变革与自主创新行为之间的正相关关系,而社会资本在社会网络遗忘与自主创新行为之间发挥作用的假设未获支持。研究结果丰富了观念和流程变革研究内容,拓展了遗忘研究视角,深化了对创新规律的认识,为企业管理者组织资源调配、发挥社会资本作用带来了启示。Innovations have enormous impacts on organizations ,industries ,and societies .The success of innovation behav‐ior requires multiple facilitators within and across organizational boundaries .Based on the empirical evidence of 193 firms of Strategic emerging industry ,this study researches on the relationship of Concepts and process change ,Social network forgotten and Independent innovation behavior ,taking slack resources and social capital as adjustable variables .The re‐sults showed that Concepts and process change positively affects Independent innovation behavior ,whereas Social network forgotten has a negative effect .In addition ,slack resources strengthen the positive relationship between the change and in‐dependent innovation .T he findings contribute to a better understanding of the manner in w hich the integration of the theo‐retical perspectives of Change and Organizational forgetting ,deeping the understanding of the laws of innovation ,and bringing enlightenment for enterprise managers to organize the allocation of resources and play the role of social capital .
