平阳霉素治疗牙龈瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨牙龈瘤非手术治疗 ,保存患牙的新方法。方法　临床随机选取牙龈瘤 42例 ,应用平阳霉素瘤体内注射 ,治疗后 3天、7天、30天观察瘤体的变化及治疗后的全身反应。 3天、7天取 5例活检作常规组织学观察 ,观察治疗后的组织学改变。结果　 42例牙龈瘤经注射平阳霉素后 ,在 1月内全部消失 ,随访 13年未见复发。治疗后组织学观察见组织内大量的淋巴细胞 ,瘤体中毛细血管管腔变小 ,上皮层散在坏死。全身未见明显不良反应。结论　平阳霉素治疗牙龈瘤 ,既保留了患牙 ,又无手术痛苦 ,是简便。Objective To discuss a new way which manages epulis by no operation and preserve teeth in the epulis . Methods 42 cases were selected and injected pingyangmycin into epulis. Changes of tumors and complications of drug were observed after 3days,7days and 30days.5 of 42 cases were selected to make biopsy in 3 days and 7days . Results After injected 1～2Amp pingyangmycin, all tumors of 42cases were disappeared in 3～30days and did not recur after observed 1～3 years. No complication occurred. Routing histopathologic method were investigated and found that there are a lot of lymphocytic cell in the structure and necrosis in the epithelial lining , cavity of blood capillary decrease size. Conclusion Treatment epulis with pingyangmycin, preserving tooth and no operative distress, is a simple and utility way.
