摘　　要：该文分析研究了机械密封在安装使用过程中可能出现的问题,以及这些问题造成机械密封失效的原因和机理。提出了机械密封的正确安装方法及措施,使机械密封各泄漏点都保持正常的密封性能,为其长周期的可靠运行提供了保证。The paper analyzed and studied the problems of mechanical seals that may occur during installation, and causes and mechanisms of the mechanical seals failure caused by these problems. Proposed methods and measures of mechanical seals installed correctly, to make the mechanical seals all leaks point to maintain normal sealing performance, provide a guarantee for mechanical seals have a long period of reliable operation.
