摘　　要：SWOT模型是对企业外部环境和内部条件进行分析,然后探寻最佳可行战略组合的一种工具。民办幼儿园作为我国学前教育事业发展中不可或缺的力量,同样面临着园所规划与有效管理的问题。基于SWOT模型,对民办幼儿园外部环境中的机会和威胁、内部环境中的优势和劣势进行详细分析,结果表明民办幼儿园根据自己的实际情况可以采取增长型、转型升级、多元化或防御式等发展策略。The SWOT model is an analysis tool that can be used to analyze the external environment and internal condition of an enterprise as well as to find the best possible development strategy. Private kindergartens, as an indispensable force in preschool education career of our country, is facing the problem of development planning and effective management. The SWOT analysis model was conducted on private kindergartens＇ environment in the article. Suggestions on sustainable development were also presented based on the SWOT analysis matrix.
