创业导向对企业绩效影响的实证研究——环境动态性的调节作用

摘　　要：基于资源基础观提出并检验了创业导向3个维度与绩效间的关系;结合权变理论和中国转型经济的特点,验证了环境动态性的调节作用;利用141家技术密集型上市公司数据,采用层次回归检验研究假设。结果表明:创业导向的3个维度均对组织绩效有显著的促进作用;超前行动对绩效的作用、风险承担对绩效的作用在动态环境下得到加强。Based on resource - based view, this paper aims at testing the effect of entrepreneurial orientation＇ s three di- mensions on performance. Considering contingency theory and the transitional background of Chinese economy, environ- mental dynamism was introduced as a moderating variable. 141 technology - intense listed companies were chosen as the re- search sample and hierarchical regression was adopted to test the hypotheses. The result demonstrates that all three dimen- sions have significant positive influences on firm＇ s performance, and the relationship between proactiveness and perform- ance as well as the relationship between risk - taking and performance are stronger when environment is more dynamic.
