宁夏生态移民社会适应与心理健康现状调查——以杨显村等10个移民点为例

摘　　要：本文以宁夏10个生态移民点为例,对迁移后的309名移民的心理健康、社会适应状况及影响因素进行实证研究。结果表明:生态移民心理健康状况不容乐观,且不同性别、年龄段、职业变迁与未变迁生态移民的心理健康状况存在差异;不同年龄段、不同文化程度、职业变迁与未变迁及不同迁入时间的生态移民的社会适应状况存在差异;消极应对方式和社会适应状况影响移民的心理健康水平;社会支持、消极应对方式及心理健康影响生态移民的社会适应状况;心理健康和社会适应水平相互影响。针对宁夏生态移民的具体特点,提出了提高移民心理健康水平、改善社会适应状况的具体建议。In this paper, ten ecological migrant settlements are taken as an example and an empirical research on the mental health and social adaptation of 309 migrants and its factors is carried out. The research shows that the mental health condition of ecological migrant is not so optimistic. Difference in gender, age and profession changing situation all can cause relative difference in mental health condition. And age, degree of education, profession changing situation and migrant time all can affect the social adaption of migrants. Negative coping style and social adaption situation affect migrant＇ s mental health which together with social support and negative coping style are all factors influencing the social adaption of migrant. So we can see mental health and social adaptation affect each other. Focusing on the concrete features of Ningxia ecological migrants, this paper points out specific recommendations on how to improve migrant＇ s mental health and social adaptation situation.
