摘　　要：本文从方便写作和教学的目的出发,明确了奖惩类公文的内涵和它所包括的文种类型,概括了奖惩类公文的特点和通用写作模式,并针对奖惩类公文在使用中经常出现的错用、混用现象提出了正确区分、选用文种的方法和见解。This paper is just for the convenience of writing and teaching purpose, and make it clear that the connotation of such documents about rewards and punishment and types included, summarizes its characteristics and general writing mode, point to a correct distinction about the usage and misusing, mix- ture in such kind of documents.
