档案工作者工作满意度实证研究——基于辽宁省的数据

摘　　要：本文利用对辽宁省档案系统内9个单位实地调查所得数据,进行了档案工作者工作满意度的总体分析和基于人口变量的差异分析。研究结果表明:档案工作者整体工作满意度处于中等水平,工作报酬与福利满意度最低,性别、年龄、学历、工作年限和行政职务对工作满意度各维度(包括工作报酬与福利、工作本身、自我实现、组织氛围与环境、晋升)有不同程度影响。Utilized the survey data of 9 branches of archival institution administrations in Liaoning Province, the paper analyzes the job satisfactory, and uses a variance analysis based on demographic vari- able. Job satisfaction of archivists is in a medium level and job satisfactory index of job remuneration and welfare is at the lowest level. The workers gender, age, education and administrative function have different degrees of influence on job satisfactory, including work remuneration and welfare, job specification, self- realization, organizational climate and environment and promotion.
