龙里县重性精神疾病的流行病学调查分析

摘　　要：目的：了解龙里县重性精神疾病患病率和流行病学特征，为有效开展重性精神疾病管理治疗措施提供科学依据。方法：对龙里县常住居民进行普查与线索调查，依据《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准》第3版为诊断标准，对每例疑似病例进行诊断，确定重性精神痰病的类型。结果：龙里县重性精神疾病患病率为2．43‰，15岁以上人群患病率为3．11‰，以精神发育迟滞伴发精神障碍为主为53．86％，其次为精神分裂症占40．44％；男性患病率（133．5／万）高于女性患病率（90．69／10万），差异有统计学意义；30～49岁居民重性精神疾病患病率最高，占56．07％；职业以农民为主，占92．83％，婚姻状况以未婚患病为主，占55．88％，文化程度以文盲为主，占69．12％。结论：精神分裂症和精神发育迟滞伴发精神障碍患病率居前两位，占94．3％，农民和小学以下文化程度者发病率高，是龙里县重性精神疾病管理治疗的重点。Objective： To understand the prevalence and epidemiological characteristics of severe mental illness in Longli county, and to provide scientific basis for manag ement and treatment. Methods： To screen the residents by census and clue investigation in Longli county, each suspected cases were diagnosed according to＂ Chinese classification and diagnostic criteria of mental disorders＂ version third as the diagnostic criteria, to determine what kind of severe mental illness. Results： The prevalence of severe mental illness was 2.43 %0 in Longli County, prevalence of people over 15 years old was 3.11%o, the mental retardation associated with mental disorders accounted for 53.86 % ,secondly schizophrenia accounted for 40.44 % ;the male prevalence（ 133.5/10 million） were significantly higher than female prevalence （90.69/10 million） ;Mainly psychiatric patients were 30 ～ 49 residents, farmers, unmarried people and illiteracy, accounting for 56.07 %, 92.83 %, 55.88 % and 69. 12 %, respectively. ConclUsions： The top two were schizophrenia and mental retardation associated with mental disorders, accounting for 94.3 %. Farmers and primary education has the highest incidence, these were the focus of management and treatment in Longli County.
