摘　　要：目的探讨Twist和VEGF在肺癌患者组织及血清中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化和酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对64例肺癌患者及30例良性肺病患者组织及血清中Twist和VEGF表达水平进行检测。结果肺癌患者Twist、VEGF在肺癌组织及血清中的表达均显著高于良性肺病中的表达(P<0.05);血清中Twist和VEGF的表达与患者TNM分期、有无淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤病理类型无关(P>0.05);Twist和VEGF分别在血清及肿瘤组织中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05),并且两者之间在血清中的表达呈正相关;血清中Twist诊断肺癌的敏感度72%,特异度80%,血清中VEGF诊断肺癌的敏感度78%,特异度83%,联合检测可提高敏感度。结论 Twist、VEGF参与了肺癌的发生、发展,血清中的含量与肺癌组织中的表达相关,并与疾病的严重程度相关,联合检测Twist和VEGF对肺癌患者的诊断有重要的临床参考意义。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Twist and VEGF in lung cancer tissue and serum of lung cancer patients. Methods The Twist and VEGF levels in 64 cases of lung cancer patients and in 30 cases of benign lung disease patients were detected by immunohistochemistry and ELISA in tissue and in serum. Results The Twist,VEGF ex-pression in lung cancer tissue and in serum of patients with lung cancer were higher than those of patients with benign lung disease （P〈0. 05）,The expression of Twist and VEGF in serum was closely related to TNM staging,lymph node involvement （P 〈0. 05）,but not to age,sex,or tumor pathologic types（P〉0. 05）;the expression level of Twist was positively correlated between in lung cancer tissue and in serum,so was the expression level of VEGF,and the expression level between Twist and VEGF were posi-tively correlated in serum（P〈0. 05）;the sensitivity and specificity of Twist for lung cancer in serum were 72%,80%,the sensi-tivity and specificity of VEGF for lung cancer in serum were 78%,83%,Joint detection sensitivity can be improved. Conclusion Twist,VEGF is involved in the occurrence and development of lung cancer. The expression level of Twist and VEGF was positively correlated between in lung cancer tissue and in serum,and associated with the severity of disease. The joint detection of Twist and VEGF in lung cancer patients has an important clinical significance in studying the clinical diagnose of lung cancer.
