摘 要:随着石油危机的来临,乙醇燃料,因其为可再生生物能源的优势,成为一种很好的代用燃料。本文针对一款汽油发动机,分别对93#无铅汽油、E22乙醇汽油及E100纯乙醇在动力性及燃烧特性进行试验研究和对比分析。试验结果表明:对发动机及ECU数据不进行改动,随着燃料中乙醇比例的提高,发动机动力性增加,最大爆发压力不会超出现有汽油机水平;而修改电控参数点火提前角,随着燃料中乙醇比例的提高,50%已燃质量分数会提前,燃烧持续期缩短,并逐步接近或达到93#汽油的水平。For oncoming oil crisis, ethanol fuel has been considered as a good alternative fuel because of its advantages as a renewable bioenergy. Basing on a diesel engine, this paper does the experimental study and comparative analysis on the dynamic and combustible performance of this engine respectively on 93 # unleaded gasoline, E22 ethanol gasoline and E100 pure ethanol. The test results showed that the power increased and the maximum combustion pressure did not exceed the value of the engine when the proportion of ethanol in total fuel rise in the case of the engine and ECU data has not been changed. When the setting of the ignition advance angle was changed, 50% mass fraction of the combusted gas arrives earlier and the combustion duration period got shorten and was close to the level of 93 # gasoline in the case of the proportion of ethanol in fuel rise.
