摘　　要：公安机关公共危机处置的效果很大程度上取决于公安队伍整体及其个体成员的能力和水平。应当加强外向沟通能力建设,其中包括加强与新闻媒体的沟通能力、加强与相关部门的沟通能力、加强与有关利益群体的沟通能力建设。除此外还应当进一步加强公安机关信息管控能力建设和危机控制能力建设。The effect of public security organs in dealing with public crisis largely depends on the ability and level of police team and its individual members.The government should strengthen the outgoing communication ability construction,Including the construction of the capabilities of strengthening of communication with media,the ability of strengthen of communication with relevant departments,the ability of strengthen communicationwith related interest group.In addition,The government should also further strengthen the construction of the information management ability of public security organs and crisis control ability.
