摘　　要：党的十八大提出实施创新驱动发展战略,为全面提高高等教育质量、推动人才强国战略指明了方向。高等院校承担着创新人才培养的重要任务,在创新驱动发展的人才培养战略中扮演着重要角色。在创新法律人才培养过程中高等院校应主动适应国家战略需求,深化中国法学高等教学改革,积极探索创新法律人才培养的新模式,为社会主义法治建设提供优质的智力支持。The 18 th party's conference puts forward to carry out innovation driven development strategy,to comprehensively improve the quality of higher education,and pointed out the direction of promoting the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development.Bear the important task of cultivating creative personnel,colleges and universities play an important role in the talent cultivation of innovation driven development strategy.In the implementation of innovation in the process of the legal talent training in colleges and universities should take the initiative to meet the needs of national strategy,deepening the reform of Chinese higher teaching of law teaching,actively explore a new mode of legal talents training innovation,for the socialist rule of law construction to provide quality of intellectual support.
