摘　　要：自律是自我廉洁的根本,从思想、工作、生活、学习等方面阐述了领导干部养成自律习惯的方法和途径,从而增强拒腐防变的能力,自觉抵御各种诱惑和腐蚀,有效防范和减少工作、生活中可能发生的违纪违法行为。Self-discipline is the fundamental respect of anti-corruption. This paper expounds the methods andapproaches on how to cultivate the habit of self-discipline of leading cadres from the thought, work, life, andlearning so as to enhance the ability to resist corruption, consciously resist the temptation and corrosion, andeffectively prevent and reduce illegal activities which may occur in work or in life.
