摘　　要：省属师范院校新生的责任意识缺失普遍存在,很多省属师范院校新生缺乏应有的人文精神和人文修养,这严重影响了省属师范院校新生的自我完善与发展。分析省属师范院校新生责任意识的现状,提出行之有效的教育措施是:开展多种形式的道德责任教育;确立责任感形成的心理导向机制。The lack of the sense of responsibility of Teachers in provincial college are widespread.Manyprovincial Teachers College freshmen lack of human spirit and human accomplishment, This has seriously affected theself-improvement and development of nascent provincial Teachers College.
