摘　　要：在新时期、新形势下,教育部、中国教科文卫体工会颁布了《高等学校教师职业道德规范》,主要是爱国守法、敬业爱生、教书育人、严谨治学、服务社会、为人师表,并就贯彻落实《规范》有关工作发出通知。这对于高校教师的职业道德修养有了新的要求,作为新时期、新加入高校教师队伍的年轻教师感同身受地对《规范》内容及落实要求做出一些解读。In the new era, the new situation, The ministry of education, China ESCH union issued the ＂Code ofProfessional Ethics of College Teachers＂,Mainly patriotic and law-abiding, dedicated love life, teaching, rigorousscholarship, social services, serve as role models. And issued a notice on the implementation of the ＂standard＂ work.This put the new requirements on university teachers professional ethics. As a new era, new entrants to theyoung teacher of College Teachers make some interpretation.
