摘　　要：随着经济社会的飞速发展,大学生弱势群体的比重在不断增加,这一群体可以分为经济、生理、心理、性别、能力、中外合作办学学生等几个类别,对这一群体的教育不能只立足于维稳,而是要帮助他们积极成才。济困型、扶志型、强能型的结合使用是大学生弱势群体成才教育的有效模式。With the rapid economic and social development, college vulnerable student group is in the proportionof increasing. This group can be divided into several student categories： economic, physiological, psychological,gender, ability, Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools. The education to this group is not only based on thevascular stability, but to help them actively grow up. Financial aiding, Strengthening the will, building-up capacityas a whole is an effective mode of talent education of College vulnerable student groups.
