摘　　要：评述现行高校学生个人评奖体系基本情况并对高校学生奖学金矛盾凸显的现象进行分析,建议在不断完善高校学生个人评奖制度的基础上,考虑从评奖标准的一致性、有机调整各类奖项的评奖时间、评选过程公开透明、奖学金发放的及时性及完整性、注意价值观引导等方面化解高校奖学金存在的矛盾。Based on analyzing the current basic situation of individual awards system of college student, the reason why there were still serious problems in the awards system of college and university students had been researched combing with the author’s years of students work experience. And then the suggestions for solving these problems had been given like this: based on the improvement of college and university students' individual awards system, the award criteria should be consistent, the awarding time of various awards should be straightened out, the selection process should be accomplished three open and transparent, the scholarship should be offered timely and full, the value guidance should be took into account.
