摘　　要：高质量就业内涵和当前影响高职毕业生高质量就业的主要因素很多,从高职院校及学生层面如何提升高职就业质量提出思考如下:加强政策引导,加强高职人力资源配置;明确高职教育内涵,加大校企合作力度,创新人才培养模式;加强就业指导工作,完善就业指导体系;积极参加社会实践,主动调整和提高。The paper mainly analysis the definition of high quality employment ,the main？effect of？the lowerquality employment？of vocational graduates , and gives some advices on how to promote the quality employment inHigher Vocational colleges.Strengthen policy guidance to strengthen the quality of human resource allocation. Toclear connotation of higher vocational education and increase the intensity of school enterprise cooperation toinnovative personnel training mode. Strengthen the employment guidance work to perfect the employment guidancesystem. Actively participate in social practice to take the initiative to adjust and improve.
