摘　　要：使市场在资源配置中起决定作用就要界定并保护产权,明确交易的对象;就要建立规范统一、竞争有序的市场体系;就要像商品市场改革一样着力推进要素市场改革;政府就必须从市场能更好发挥作用的领域退出,向社会提供更多的公共物品。使市场在资源配置中起决定作用是全面深化改革的逻辑起点。The market in the allocation of resources is to define and protect property rights, clear transaction object and is to establish a standardized unified market system with orderly competition. It is promoting elements like commodity market reform market reforms. The government must exit from the field that the market can be made better use and provide more public goods to the society. The market in the allocation of resources is the logical starting point of comprehensively deepen reform.
