摘  要:建立顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱同时测定水中24种挥发性卤代烃的方法。筛选比较4种萃取纤维,优化解析温度、解析时间、萃取温度、搅拌速度、离子强度及萃取时间等萃取条件,并对优化后方法的线性范围、检出限、精密度及回收率进行分析。结果表明,24种挥发性卤代烃在线性范围内线性良好,相关系数r均大于0.994;检出限为0.01~85.1ng/L,其中,氯苯为1.96μg/L;样品不同浓度回收率范围为68.9%~138%,相对标准偏差小于20%。A method for determination of 24 kinds of volatile halohydrocarbons in water was established by headspaces solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME)and gas chromatography(GC).The optimum conditions,such as extraction fibers,desorption temperature,desorption time,extraction temperature,stirring speed,salt concentration and extraction time were studied.The optimum conditions including the linear ranges,detection limits,precisions and recoveries were studied.The results showed good linearity with correlation coefficients r≥0.994;the detection limits were in range of 0.01-85.1ng/L,while chlorobenzene was 1.96μg/L;the recoveries of samples with different concentrations were between 68.9%-138% and the relative standard deviations were less than 20 %.
