摘　　要：大学国际联盟是全球化背景下传统大学联盟的新发展,是高校实施国际化战略的重要选择。当前的大学国际联盟有国与国之间的双边联盟、区域内的多边联盟和跨区域的多边联盟三种。大学国际联盟的蓬勃发展有其政治、经济、科技、文化等多重因素。作为全球化驱动下的高等教育应对举措,大学国际联盟有其潜在的负面效应。中国高校应在权衡其双重影响基础上,做出有利于自身长远发展的战略选择。University international consortium is a new form of university consortium and an important choice for universities to implement internationalization strategy under the background of globalization of higher education. Based on the geographic location, university international consortium can be divided into three types, which are bilateral consortium between nations, multilateral consortium within a region, and multilateral consortium cross a region. The vigorous development of university international consortium has its political, economic, technical and cultural factors. As a response to globalization of higher education, university international consortium has its hidden negative effects. Chinese universities should deliberately weigh the advantages and disadvantages of running or joining consortium, and then make the strategic choice for its own long-term interests.
